A workshop about body confidence and celebrating who you are beyond appearance.
About this session:In this hands-on Confidence Co-LAB, girls (ages 10–14) will explore what really makes them shine — the qualities, strengths, and stories that live beneath the surface. Together, we’ll unpack why body image pressures feel so strong during adolescence, how social media and comparison shape how we see ourselves, and what it means to build confidence from the inside out.
Through interactive games, creative reflection, and group storytelling, girls will discover how to:

✨ Celebrate their inner qualities and personal strengths
