The Confidence Co-LAB is a fun, creative workshop for girls aged 10–14, where we explore real confidence challenges — like the pressure to be perfect, comparison, or big emotions — and turn them into practical, girl-made solutions.

Each Co-LAB blends confidence skills with innovation and teamwork. Girls share stories, unpack root causes, and design ideas that help them — and other girls — feel stronger, braver, and more themselves.
