This Co-LAB helps girls understand why it sometimes feels easier to stay quiet — and what happens when we find the courage to speak up. Together, we’ll explore how to align what we believe with what we do, using real-life scenarios, group reflection, and the “Confidence Compass” activity.Girls will leave with new tools to make choices that match their values, communicate with confidence, and trust their own voice — even in tricky moments.
